JOBSHIFT is rooted in Calgary, Alberta, and serves job seekers and employers across the entire province. Born in response to the extraordinary rise in unemployment during the COVID-19 pandemic, JOBSHIFT was founded in early 2020 by Sharlene Massie to support Canadians navigating the evolving job market.
